The coaching process
You’ll engage with a client-centered coaching process which is led by a collaborative relationship between you and myself. This helps you identify what you want to achieve, and why you (truly) want to achieve it. Then, we’ll work together to develop a plan that works for. All plans will designed with your goals and values in mind.
Your plan will take into consideration where you are now and we’ll map a timeline that allows you to work at your own pace.
This not only ensures your challenged accordingly, but you’ll also begin to build success on top successes allowing you to make constant progress towards your ultimate goals without ever feeling overwhelmed.
