Pearl Soma helps more women accomplish their goals by offering resources and tools that help them practice and prioritize wellness through self-care. Through our services, clients may actively pursue wellness living and feel more confident about embracing life’s challenges while accomplishing their goals.
Pearl Soma is defined by five (5) dimensions of wellness. These includes:
Social Wellness - refers to the relationship you have with other people and how you interact with them.
Physical Wellness - refers to the relationship you have with your physical body in relation to the foods you eat, exercise, and water intake.
Emotional Wellness - refers to how you handle life's stresses and adapt to change during difficult times.
Intellectual Wellness - recognizes your talents and personally challenges you to find creative ways to develop yourself and grow as an individual.
Spiritual Wellness - is a personal matter involving your values and beliefs which helps you find purpose in life.
