The coaching process

You’ll engage with a client-centered coaching process which is led by a collaborative relationship between you and myself. This helps you identify what you want to achieve, and why you (truly) want to achieve it. Then, we’ll work together to develop a plan that works for you. All plans will be designed with your goals and values in mind.

Your plan will take into consideration where you are now and we’ll map a timeline that allows you to work at your own pace.
